This book sucks. Uses a bunch of unnecessary jargon and grammars just to extend a sentence longer to make the book thicker. Books, in general, are based on literature; then make them readable. Making the readers enjoy reading the texts.This book has the tendency of expressing only one simple idea into two or several sections within the chapter. The writing style is not precise, short and on-point. Key ideas are not precisely explained in a more condensed manor. For example, the authors were defining what "visioning" is by saying, "Groups of interconnected agents display the characteristic of visioning in organizations." Then the texts go on explaining visioning must be done as a group not as a single entity blah blah blah. Can you tell me what actually "visioning" is? That's just one example of how bad this book is written.Not recommended.
